By Plane
We recommend that you fly into Rome or Florence and organize a rental car for the weekend. By car, the venue is about 2 and a half hours from Rome airport and 2 hours from Florence airport.
By Car
From Utrecht, it is about a 15 hour drive. From Friedrichshafen the drive is about 8 hours. There is enough parking place at the venue.
By Train
The closest major train station is in Perugia, and if you let us know beforehand, we can arrange transport to the venue.
Accommodation
We will take care of booking the accommodation, but we ask for €280 or $325 per person to cover those expenses. This can be sent via PayPal or direct transfer.

Weekend Schedule
Day 1 | Aug 20th
Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Check-in after 4pm, followed by a casual welcome dinner with local wine and pizza.
Day 2 | Aug 21st
Activities & Dinner
Enjoy breakfast in the morning, followed by a suprise activity and a relaxing afternoon. We will end the day with a casual dinner.
Day 3 | Aug 22nd
Wedding Day!
The main event! The ceremony will be in the afternoon, followed by an evening of cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
Day 4 | Aug 23rd
Breakfast & Departure
Enjoy a final farewell breakfast together before you depart. Safe travels!
Dress Code
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We want you to be comfortable, so feel free to choose an outfit that you love!
